Our Commitment
At Hari Hind, we stand behind every product we ship. If something is not right, we will make it right. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is significantly different from the description.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Fragile or consumable products (e.g., incense, diya oil, prasad) once opened.
- Items purchased during clearance or final-sale events.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@harihind.in with your order ID and photos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card). In some cases, we may offer store credit at your preference.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@harihind.in.
