Are your products 100% authentic?+

Yes. Every product at Hari Hind is sourced directly from trusted artisans and sacred suppliers. We personally verify the quality and authenticity of each item before it reaches you.

How long does delivery take?+

We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery across India typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free delivery?+

Yes! Orders above ₹999 qualify for free delivery. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge applies.

Can I track my order?+

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking — all processed securely through Razorpay.

Can I return a product?+

Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

How do I apply a coupon code?+

On the checkout page, you will find a "Coupon Code" field. Enter your code there and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total.

Do you ship outside India?+

Currently we ship only within India. We are working on expanding international shipping — please follow us on social media for updates.

Are the gemstones/rudraksha certified?+

Our gemstones and rudraksha beads are sourced from verified suppliers. Certificates of authenticity are included with select products as noted in the product description.
